Standard sampling takes 7 working days from brief approval. We include unlimited revisions until you are satisfied - no additional sampling fees for design adjustments.
Q: Can you work from my character artwork?
Yes. We accept 2D illustrations, 3D model files, physical reference samples, or rough sketches. Our pattern makers specialize in translating 2D artwork into dimensionally accurate plush - we achieve 95%+ similarity on first samples.
Q: Do you sign NDAs?
Always, before we review any design files. IP protection is non-negotiable for us. We can also arrange isolated production teams for sensitive brand launches.
Q: What certifications do your products carry?
Our products are certified to CE, EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, ISO 9001, and BSCI standards. OEKO-TEX and GRS certification is available for eco-material orders. Full compliance documentation ships with every order at no extra charge.
Q: Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes. We prepare FNSKU labels, suffocation warning labels, poly-bagging, and carton-level labeling per Amazon's FBA requirements. We also coordinate directly with freight forwarders experienced in FBA shipments.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
Sea freight (FCL / LCL), air freight, and express courier. We support FOB, CIF, and DDP Incoterms. For EU-bound orders, rail freight via the New Eurasian Land Bridge is available as a cost-efficient middle option.
